• Locking in your commission at 3.5%, regardless of the sale price.
• Setting up a bonus structure, allowing you to earn additional income on top of your commissions.

• 2 sales : $1,000
• 3 sales: $1,500
• 4 sales: $2,000

*Requirements: To be eligible for the bonus structure, all homes must be sold within the same community. The settlements must take place within one calendar year from the very first sale. Your bonus will be paid at time of settlement. In addition, all clients must have been signed in with the community sales manager at the model center to be eligible for the 3.5% commission and bonus structure.
